Features of transition of salaries payment for the factorial – mark scale in the system of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan

This article shows the features of the transition to remuneration according to a factor scale in the system of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The importance of the transition to a new reform in Kazakhstan, its causes and the current state, the methodology of foreign assessment of posts and wages based on the grade system is indicated. It also describes the main changes in the public service in accordance with the Plan of the Nation "100 concrete steps" of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev.
