This issue of the journal is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of contemporary transformation processes in public administration, economics, and international relations. The articles examine the development of public institutions, the improvement of civil service, the evolution of political culture, and the mechanisms of interaction between the state and civil society. Particular attention is given to the digital transformation of public administration and its impact on the quality of public services and human capital development.
