The basis for obtaining (acquisition) in court of land for state needs in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

In this article the author investigates problematic issues on expropriation of ground area for public use with compensation and eviction which take place in the consideration of courts’ cases. The issues are opened in point of effectiveness increase of judicial protection of participants of land disputes.
