Abstract

In this article are analysed a culture and socio-political value of professional communication of civil servants The culture of live performance is examined from the point of view of realization of national ideas and strengthening of unity and identity. The necessity of mastering of effective forms of communication for the system of state administration is grounded by the psychological going near the study of features of language cooperation in modern terms.
