The public harmony and tolerance: the role of NPO in its growth among the young people

Abstract

The problem of formation of the model of inter-ethnic tolerance among young people of Kazakhstan, the influence of various present processes on the character and behavior of the younger generation were revealed in the article. Political analysis of different relations between state structures and youth NGOs, forms of government support organizations which work with young people were conducted. It was carried out an assessment of the potential of the opportunities and the role of youth NGOs in formation of culture of inter­ethnic communication, upbringing of patriotism, national and cultural tolerance among young generation. The recommendations were made to further strengthen the cooperation between the state and youth organizations.
