Abstract

The article deals with one of the political priorities of our State to reform the judicial system and the credibility of the judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article deals with the issues of the formation of the country’s judiciary, democratic principles of selection of candidates for the post of judge, increasing demands for knowledge, ethical-moral and professional qualities. On the basis of international and national experience, proposals are being made to improve the capacity of the judiciary.
