Constitutional control – a necessary element of assertive constitutionalism

Abstract

Article is devoted to a problem of formation of the constitutional control as necessary element of constitutionalism. In it genesis, stages of development of institute of the constitutional control are investigated, models of the constitutional control are analyzed. In work an attempt of judgment of the concept of the constitutional control of the Republic of Kazakhstan is made.
