Problematic issues of classification of legal relations at state civil service

Abstract

New major approaches to structuring of legal relations with the participation of civil servants during the fulfillment of their obligations are analyzed. Constitutional, administrative, public service and labor aspects of civil servants’ legal relations are characterized.
