Functions of association on evaluation of public policy

Abstract

In recent decades, evaluation occupies an important place in the discussion and formulation of public policy, both at national and international level. Also the practice of attracting external evaluators to the evaluation of public policy and programs increases. Experts in the field of evaluation create evaluation associations and networks. Influence of evaluation associations increases on the process of political decision-making and the development of society. This article presents the results of the analysis activity of international, national and local evaluation associations and classification of their functions.
