Bribery: criminal and criminological aspects

Abstract

The attempt of the scientifically-psychological conception in bribery is justified in the article. The results of the research show that the special place among personalities-corruptioners is occupied by grafters. The historical information is shown by the ancient philosophers, describing the problems of bribery in ancient Greece and Rome. The short comment of the corresponding article in Criminal Code of Republic of Kazakhstan is given. The variants of bribery declining mechanism among the officials are shown.
