Providing protection of human rights and the implementation of justice

Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of the judicial system. Particularly, about its development, access to justice, judicial protection of citizens’ rights. Today, the understanding of that problem concerning access to justice was designated for Kazakhstan from the beginning of
the 90s. XX century.

There is an ongoing judicial and legal reform. Where the emphasis is on strengthening the status of judges, organization of justice, the principle of separation of powers, the improvement of the procedure of justice and the entire legal infrastructure for the functioning in the judicial system.
We assessed the implementation of the access to justice and its conformity with international legal standards. Moreover, some suggestions have been made to improve the accessibility and effectiveness of justice.
