The cluster approach in the activities of local government Kherson region

Abstract

The article shows ways of introducing new models and mechanisms of interaction between state authorities and local communities, we prove that clustering increases the effectiveness of innovation development in the region, contributes to the high level of its economic development and competitiveness, and increases productivity, attracts investments, promotes research, enhances industrial base develops customized products, services and offers effective tools for stimulating regional development.
