Abstract

Digitalization of processes in public administration makes it possible to make decisions more quickly, to carry out interdepartmental interaction, to provide state and municipal services to citizens and organizations. To increase the efficiency of the activities of the public authorities themselves, deeper digitalization and internal processes are needed. This article will focus on the procedure for selecting personnel and passing a competition for the state civil service in Russian Federation. Based on the analysis and comparison, the author offers a model (outline, concept) of an information system for organizing the competition procedure. The practical significance lies in the fact that the system will allow you to interact with both the external environment (applicants) and the internal environment (competition commission, personnel management, heads of departments), which will reduce the time for transferring and filling out documents, make the procedure more understandable and transparent.
