Competence approach regarding the trainings of the public servants of the “A” corps: international experience and prospects of the new forms adoption

Illuminating issues of competence approach in the training of civil servants, in the light of the priorities of the «Strategy «Kazakhstan-2050». Modular design offers options for vocational and further education training for the civil service. In order to build the competency approach in training of civil servants of case «A», based on international experience, it is proposed to make an emphasis on the state order, practice-oriented tasks assigned to provide qualified personnel civil service in Kazakhstan. To make specific recommendations, and new mechanisms of interaction with public organizations for training and retraining.
