Abstract

The scientific article discusses the issues of the development of government provision of health services in the Republic of Kazakhstan, namely, reformation of the health care system and the model of health care services. The radical political and economic changes taken place in Kazakhstan have made it necessary for health care system to find new principles of interaction between government and recipients of medical services.
