Development of machine-building industry of Kazakhstan in conditions of sustainable industrialization

This article is devoted to the development of the machine-building industry in Kazakhstan in accordance with the 9th Goal of the UN Agenda in the field of sustainable industrialization.
The analysis of achievement of planned indicators of development of machine-building branch within the state program of industrial and innovative development has revealed that one of the most important factors of stability such as labor productivity remains at a low level.
At the same time, the experience of industrially developed countries such as Japan, Germany and the United States shows that a high labor productivity indicator is characterized by a high level of R&D in production, effective production organization and high-quality labor resources. Based on the studied international experience, this article provides a number of recommendations for stimulating productivity growth in the machine-building industry of Kazakhstan.
