State activity and changes of official ethics features

Abstract

This article discusses the problems of in interdependence and mutual professional ethics and public service as a social institution. Argues that the modern development of professional ethics associated with the adaptation of public service to the social enviroment, one element of which is a business. The analysis of interference of public service and business content on the structural changes of service ethics. Identified negative factors affecting the implementation of the proper behavior оf a public servant. The methods of regulatory control, moral and behavioral patterns serve the state.
