Improvment of loan agreement legal regime

Abstract

This paper refers to the legal regime of the loan agreement, addressing the concerns of civil regulation of problematic issues contracts, bank loans in judicial and banking practice Kazakhstan. The article presents the concept of borrowing and lending operation, revealed some of the shortcomings and gaps in the legal regulation of loan agreements. The article proposes measures for the proper conclusion and execution of the contract of this type.
