Abstract

The article discusses the model of national systems of technical regulation of the commodity markets on the American and European continents in the development of international trade and economic relations. The conclusion about the existence of two basic models describing the role of the state in technical regulation: American and European, based on the principles of the New approach. Based on the analysis of advanced foreign experience gives a comparative analysis of systems of technical regulation of the participating countries of the Eurasian economic Union.We investigate the organizational and legal bases of technical regulation and the role of the Eurasian economic Commission in the development and dissemination of normative documents.
