The project management methodology and the possibility of its application in the public sector

Abstract

Kazakhstan takes the first steps to introduce the methodology of project management in the public sector. Without the use of this methodology, as the domestic practice, it is difficult to achieve the stated goals and objectives. The introduction of project management tools in the public sector will improve
budgetary planning, more efficient use of budget funds, as well as ensure quality implementation of public investment projects.
