Abstract

This article discloses aspects of labor motivation of civil servants as a factor of improvement of public service efficiency . The authors define that social protection, labor motivation of civil servants should include a set of measures aimed at compensation of restrictions objectively arising from the nature of activity; fulfillment of employee’s social expectations that laid the basis of his/her professional choice; elimination of factors that impede efficient employment activity of a particular person
