The research of tendencies of development of legislative maintenance of Ukrainian advertising activity state regulation is carried out in the article. In particular, the characteristics of modern system of acts of Ukrainian standard-legal regulation of advertising activity regulation is presented.
The dynamics of development of Ukrainian legislative maintenance of state regulation of advertising activity is researched. The lacks of operating legislative maintenance of Ukrainian advertising activity state regulation are revealed.
