Transformation of the international relations system: theoretical aspects

Abstract

This article provides a brief description of theoretical aspects of the transformation of contemporary system of international relations.The author covers the historical retrospective, the evolution of the system of international relations and factors that influenced the reconfiguration of system of international relations.Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the Westphalia, the Vienna, the Versailles-Washington, the Yalta-Potsdam systems features. Also, the author analyses the views of theoretical schools and their representatives about the system of international relations and considers the role of globalization as a factor in the transformation of the contemporary system of international relations.
