Abstract

Against the backdrop of volatile financial and political situation, the crucial task for many countries is to enhance the efficiency of public administration. It has been recognized world-wide that the project-based approach contributes to the improvement of the investment climate, the intensity of the turnover of financial and credit resources, which is prone to lead to an increase in the value of WFP and social standard of living. The use of project management methods and, consequently, the development of the competence of personnel in this area are becoming an issue of national importance.
