International review of improving the system of public administration in the Republic of Kazakhstan: problems of poor-quality

Abstract

The article discusses the issues of presentation of the review results conducted on the basis of the Agreement on a comprehensive country review signed between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. In the text, prepared in English and translated into the Russian language admitted a lot of language errors and errors of law.  The document of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development used poor language quality. That is why this review cannot be the basis of improving the system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Model document must be exemplary in all respects.
