Equitable access to education for children, taking into account their special educational needs and individual capacities

This article considers the problem of educating children with special needs, their involvement into the general education system, in the life in society. Also analyzes the normative legal acts in the sphere of inclusive education, including the matters of personnel, staff, material and technical support of schools. The characteristics of inclusive education in Kazakhstan are detailed. Also there are given some directions to improve the system of inclusive education.
