Nameless competitive selection of civil servants

The article deals with the procedure for competitive selection of civil servants through the mechanisms of computer testing and assessments of the qualification and educational level and personal and competency qualities of the contestants. The procedure is suggested when the interview is conducted with rating candidates that are selected automatically according to the data of the evaluation and testing centers.
