Development of innovative potentialof the defense industrialholding of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

Problems of innovative development of enterprises is to identify and build processes for the development of innovation. These processes are interrelated with all business processes, but when creating effective processes, the management of the enterprises forgets strategic aspects. In this regard, low-performance activities to promote innovations including research&development by many enterprises in Kazakhstan are not considered in principle.
This article examines the main aspects of the development and formation of innovative processes at the enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan functioning in the defense industry. The article considers the main indicators of innovation development and their impact on the development of defense enterprises, highlights the problems of the functioning of enterprises and ways of forming the fundamental foundations for the development of innovations.
The revealed questions in this article show the urgency of the problem of the development of innovation processes at enterprises of the defense-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan. To date, the market situation is positive, but the analysis shows a weak readiness of domestic enterprises for a rapid start and implementation of innovative projects.
