Today it is difficult to imagine a person who does not have access to the Internet and an account in any social network. The influence of particularly active users of social networks, called "bloggers", is no longer disputed by anyone, which makes them equal to the media in terms of impact. Unfortunately, this circumstance is not always a positive factor and carries the risks of spreading false and sometimes illegal information. The lack of legislated responsibility of bloggers increasingly leads to situations in which ordinary users of the network suffer.
