Reconstruction of the agricultural as a factor of the social development of village

Abstract

The agriculture sector of Kazakhstan, along with extracting sector, continues to remain important branch of economy. Though in gross domestic product structure it makes 5%, but 42-43% of the population of the Republic is occupied in this sphere. Now the considerable part of rural districts belongs to category of the depressive. Today there is a question the normal conditions’ creation for inhabitants of the villages making nearly a half of the population of the country. What is necessary to do that villagers remained in villages and didn’t move to the cities, increasing their growing social tension? Author’s recommendations on complex and integrated solution of the main problems of rural territories are offered in the article.
