In this article attempt to develop further ways of development of the country in the context of realization of a task of entry into number 30 of the most competitive countries of the world is made. In this regard as major factors in achievement questions of improvement of public administration, namely creating favorable conditions for business activity and transition of all state services to an electronic format will act.
