Abstract

In the article the basic directions of development of social work and its new mission in the 21st century. Also noted that the resolution of social problems of Kazakhstan's society is a prerequisite for social well-being, an integral indicator ofthe efficiency of the social sphere, a reflection of social well-being, quality of life.
