В данном исследовании изучается взаимосвязь между социальным капиталом и институциональным доверием в Казахстане на основе данных Всемирного обзора ценностей (7-я волна). Результаты, основанные на критериях хи-квадрат, показывают, что доверие к правительству и парламенту преимущественно связано с объединяющими ценностями, в частности, с важностью семьи, религии и межличностного доверия. Показатели, связывающие социальный капитал, такие как благотворительность, соблюдение налогового законодательства и членство в организациях, демонстрируют более слабое и непостоянное влияние. Важно отметить, что доверие к правительству выше, чем к парламенту, что подчёркивает асимметрию, характерную для централизованных систем. Результаты исследования демонстрируют устойчивость традиционных ценностей в формировании политического доверия и управления в Казахстане.
