Project management in the public administration system of Kazakhstan (on the example of the project office "Aktobe - Loyalty Square")

Abstract

The article analyzes the possibility of implementation of the principles of project management in the system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is a modern effective management technology in the world. Project management provides for the effective use of budgetary resources in the public administration sector of Kazakhstan as a temporary enterprise aimed at obtaining unique results in conditions of limited resources.
The main conclusions and recommendations made in the article are based on international standards for the development of project management, strategic documents and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
