Abstract

The article updated issues related to the conflict in the area of family relations. Considering the status of the family in the life of Kazakh people through the prism of history and modernity, the author reveals one of the major trends of this reality-the increase in the number of divorce cases that may have negative consequences in the fundamental development ofthe state and society.
