Abstract

Progressive mankind is convinced that it is impossible to build a democratic, social state without constitutional control. The problems of constitutional control are relevant. Kazakh scientists such as S. Zimanov, A.V. Kim, G.Sapargaliev, S. Sartayev, K.Mami, J. Baishev consider some of these issues in their researches.
