The principle of a meritocracy in strategic documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The concept of «meritocracy» is becoming more popular in everyday (enlightened) conversations about politics and is more often used in organized political action. Someones even discuss a creation «meritocratic parties».Given the successful experience of implementing the principle of meritocracy in the civil service,system the following direction is the reform of personnel policy state-owned enterprises, national companies and budget organizations. Adaptation of experience of implementation of the principle of meritocracy in the civil service in other areas of public life will contribute to formation of a meritocratic society in Kazakhstan.
