Mediation in civil proceedings: legal phenomenon and social importance

Abstract

The article is devoted to the mediation applying in the civil process in Kazakhstan. The article includes the description of mediation as a legal phenomenon and uncovers it’s social role. The author illustrates the history of procedural law in Kazakhstan and presents the description of mediation facility implementation into civil process.
