Abstract

The article details the stages of formation land relations in Kazakhstan: land and legal relationship to the entry of Kazakhstan into Russia, land of Kazakhstan in Russia, land relations in the Soviet period and land relations of sovereign Kazakhstan. Deals with the issues of development and land rents in the Republic of Kazakhstan, given the historical analysis conducted in Kazakhstan land reforms. The author also raises some problematic aspects of the new land legislation of Kazakhstan.
