An overview of the German model of juvenile justice

In this article questions of formation and development of juvenile justice in Germany are considered. Also the author analyzes topical issues of criminal legal proceedings concerning minors, rendering the judicial help to minors, solutions of the main problematic issues of juvenile legal proceedings are offered.
