Political contours of the Patriot Act “Mangilik El»

Abstract

The article analyzes the initiative of the President Nursultan Nazarbayev on the development and adoption of the Patriot Act «Mangilik El» – strategic document, in which the core values of Kazakhstan will be systematized. Ideological core of the document is «Mangilik El» – the idea of the eternal existence of Kazakhstan on the political map of the world as an independent and prosperous state. The author gives his vision of the political features and key objectives of the Act, designed to address some rallying point for all the progressive forces of society.
