Modern issues of improving the criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

This article examines the issues of improving the criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and issues of application of criminal law measures. A number of aspects of the new criminal legislation are analyzed, as well as anti-corruption legislative innovations. The author proposes to amend the articles on sanctions for bribery, and if necessary other articles on sanctions of the Special part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
