Energy efficiency as a criterion of development of territorial communities in Ukraine

Abstract

The nature of the instruments for implementing the local policy of energy saving was summarized and released, and the basic problems of its use were determined. The legal aspects of the development of local programs on energy saving (energy efficiency) were studied. The main state, local and international programs on energy saving and efficient use of energy resources that operate in Ukraine were considered. The state of implementation of state programs on energy saving and efficient use of energy resources in different regions of Ukraine were analysed. The components of the integrated framework for the policy support of energy saving and efficient use of energy resources in the settlements were generalized.
