Ethnopolicy in system of public administration: expert look (on materials of expert poll)

Abstract

The article analyzes the results of the expert survey to evaluate the ethnic management system in the Republic of Kazakhstan (conceptual frameworks, advantages and weaknesses, risks and opportunities for development). The survey was conducted as a part of dissertation research named «Ethnic Policy In the System of Political Management: Comparative Analysis of Kazakhstani and U.S. experience.
