РЕАЛИЗАЦИЯ КОНЦЕПЦИИ «УМНОГО ГОРОДА» В АЛМАТЫ: ИЗМЕРЕНИЯ, ТЕКУЩЕЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ И ВОСПРИЯТИЕ ЖИТЕЛЕЙ

Целью данного исследования был анализ концепции умного города через призму аспектов городского комфорта и выявление проблемных зон в развитии мегаполиса Алматы. На основе контент-анализа научных публикаций, официальных документов и данных международных индексов были определены ключевые аспекты городского комфорта. Эмпирическая часть исследования была реализована путем опроса 167 жителей Алматы, ответы которых выявили как области высокой удовлетворенности (образование, досуг, экстренная медицинская помощь), так и проблемные аспекты (доступность жилья, экологическая обстановка, кибербезопасность). Результаты продемонстрировали расхождения между объективными статистическими данными и субъективным восприятием жителей, что подчеркивает необходимость комплексного подхода к развитию умного города. Выводы данного исследования могут послужить руководством для совершенствования городских стратегий, направленных на повышение качества и устойчивости городской среды.
