International Practice in the Field of Intellectual Migration: Analysis of the USA Experience

This article examines international experience in the field of management and regulation of migration processes. Based on the study ofthe USA migration policy, strategies and mechanisms for managing educational and intellectual migration are analyzed.
Case study method was used and a detailed content analysis of regulatory documents was carried out.
The results of the study showed that current the USA immigration policies stimulate international migration and help attract talented people from around the world. Finding the best solutions requires constant adaptation and coordination of migration policies with the current challenges and needs of the country.
Immigration has been found to have a significant impact on the demography, economy, politics, diplomacy, culture and scientific achievements of the United States. It promotes diversity and innovation, but also raises discussions and challenges in the field of integration and social justice.
The results of this study can serve as a basis for developing more effective policy solutions in the context of the global knowledge society and continuing scientific work in the field of intellectual migration.
