Abstract

In this article author considered the dynamic of development the relation between Russian Federation and The United States of America. Today we have a lot of so called global problems and challenge of modernity, that’s why a bipartite relation between Russia and the USA is becoming more relevant in the context of safety and security arrangements and the maintaining the stability. In this given research article considered a bipartite relation dynamic in the spheres’ like, Economics, Politics, cultural and humanitarian relations, Participatory fight anti terrorism and anti drug trafficking.
