This paper discusses the need of customs policy coordination to facilitate trade and to what extent some trade facilitation concepts such as integrated border management and single-window may be applicable in Kazakhstan to improve management and coordination. Aim of the paper is to evaluate the actual needs of integrated customs control for Kazakhstan. Research is based on content analysis of literature and practical experience of customs authorities. Empiric research is substantiated by the open source information and statistical data of Kazakhstan customs. This paper propose model which should lead to help reduce corruption risks, as the data will be transparent to all interested services, while access to information is regulated in accordance with the functions and powers of employees. As a result of the introduction of the mechanism of integrated customs control, the focus of the activities of state bodies on the needs of citizens and the effectiveness of government decisions will be achieved, which will make it possible to move from a bureaucratic model of relations between the state and society to "hearing" and "proactive". It is expected to reduce the time it takes for goods to cross the border, which will increase the efficiency of state control at border crossings, transit potential, and the collection of taxes, duties and payments.
