Project management in the field of activity of local executive authorities in the context of the bifurcation of society

Abstract

The article considers the possibility of introducing project management into the activities of local executive authorities to solve important problems in the conditions of a bifurcation of society. A structural analysis of trade partners of export and import of products is presented. The necessity in the near future to move away from the raw material orientation of exports and intensify the policy of import substitution with the involvement of the heads of local executive bodies, introducing project management into their activities. The results of the analysis of the survey conducted in the form of a survey of the heads of local executive authorities of Almaty, Zhambyl, West Kazakhstan and North Kazakhstan regions about their attitude to project management are given.
