The article deals with the problem of formation and development of the human personality through the prism of the values of civilizations and principles of society. A person’s ability to build the spiritual and cultural values is the core of the whole analysis. Living in a period of global change in the integration process each of us forms the instinct of self-preservation through language and mentality, which creates the foundation of our strategy of any dialogue and partnership.
